Texas Native Wildflower Honey
Our raw wildflower honey is never mass-produced. Each small batch is a reflection of the season, shaped by the native wildflowers of Texas. In every jar, you will taste the unique floral notes that this land offers. We harvest with care, only when nature’s timing is right, ensuring that every jar of raw honey brings pure, honest sweetness to your table.
What makes small-batch honey special is that it is allowed to be what it is. It is not overprocessed, overhandled, or made to taste the same every time. Instead, it reflects real conditions, real blooms, and a real harvest. That means every batch has its own character, and that is exactly how we want it.
Our honey is as seasonal as the native Texas wildflowers themselves. We typically harvest in mid-to-late summer, from July through September, when the blooms are at their fullest. In some years, a smaller fall harvest may follow if conditions are just right. Once a batch is gone, you will have to wait for the next season’s blooms to return. Each jar is truly a taste of that moment in time.

Why Small-Batch Matters Small-batch honey offers something that large commercial products often cannot. It provides a closer connection to the land, the season, and the source. We produce pure raw honey in limited quantities because we want to preserve its quality and integrity, not scale it beyond what the land naturally gives us. At Native Honey Farm, our focus is on purity, transparency, and care. That means no unnecessary fillers, no mystery sourcing, and no pretending that honey should be the same all year long. We believe the differences are part of the value.
